“Purchased these earbuds a week ago and as much as I enjoy them, they make my ears sore -- the bud pushes against the antihelix. Could anyone recommend a different pair of wireless earbuds that are smaller than these?”

I actually have these and the ones the jlab customer service recommended which is the GO AIR buds and I totally agree with you that the ANC hurt your wars after a couple hours (very bad actually) and I do find that the GO AIR is much more comfortable but they don’t have as many features. So if I just want to listen for Les than three hours I will either go with the anc or if it’s going to be longer I will either use the go air OR I will just listen with one ear at a time and switch when painful. I actually own many many wireless buds and the GO AIR are about as comfortable as you’re going to get. Otherwise you’re going to need to get over the ear headphones

You may find that the GO Air are more comfortable because they are 20% smaller than our JBuds Air but I personally think the JBuds Air ANC are the most comfortable. We hope this helps. -JLab Audio
