- Answer I don't have that brand of phone, but I found it easy to connect to my Pixel phone. Turn on your ear buds & the bluetooth connector on your phone. It should have a "search" option. After it's first connected, the buds should automatically connect to your phone. Enjoy!

- Answer I have gotten 3 of these eat buds and they all have had the same problem. Left ear bud stops working and won’t take a charge. I’ll be taking 3 rd one back and getting my money back.
