• Yes, they are water resistant and you can work out in them. They even work if you accidently drop them in the pool. Just dont get the case wet.

• I certainly cannot answer your first question as I've not yet immersed these earbuds one at a time or both at once in any liquid. However, as to your second question, I routinely wear these earbuds for my cardio, floor, and machine workouts.

• Yes. I use them at the gym everyday. I just bought another pair today because I love them. They actually stay in my ears at the gym. And they sound great. Super small with a long battery life.

• No they are not waterproof. But unless you sweat like a hooker in church then they will be fine.
