You need to pair them with the bluetooth setting on your phone. Go into settings on your phone and click on your bluetooth setting and then click scan. Once it finds your item it will ask you if you want to pair and say yes. Also make sure to search and see if these are compatible with an S8+. Go on the Best Buy app and you search these ear buds & search compatible items by typing in your brand of phone and it will give you a list. Good Luck

Please try again later.Go to Settings>Connections (there should be Wifi * Bluetooth * .... )>Bluetooth Take both of your JLab GO Air POP earbuds out of the case and listen for "ready to pair" ..click "Search for device" or something of that nature on your Samsung galaxy 8. Let it find your earbuds. Click on "Pair". You're good now. If there are any permissions to let those earbuds automatically connect to your phone..then select that option. If your phone is open to let devices connect then your JLab earbuds will automatically connect to your phone then next time that you take them out the case.
