- Answer if they wont connect at the same time, put them both in the case and tap them 7 times at the same time and wait a second and they should connect. then you can pair them to your device

- Answer No there is only a miss in the right earbud. Also I found that I can only use the right one individually. Can't use the left one by itself - in case you want to give one ear a rest
