“i have had these for about a year and out of nowhere the left ear bud stopped working can someone please tell me how to fix them because i have been patient trying to see if it fixes on its own so please help.”

You should be able to hold both earbuds down for around 10-15 seconds to manually restart them. If that doesn't help then you probably need to start thinking of getting another pair of earbuds.
