Yes, the Icons come with 3 different soft tips for in your ear. Small, medium, and large which you can choose from to find your best fit.

Yes comes with small med and lrg silicone buds and one pair of foam, along with two one small and one lrg ear grip for the ear bud.

They come with four sets of different foam ear adapters. I picked the one that felt the most comfortable. The earbuds work really well. I like that I can use just one earbud if I want to, such as laying my head on a pillow.
