Marie, see the picture below of what you can control from the earbuds. I have only used the volume up and down buttons, but calls can be controlled also.

You can do all these functions with the earbuds themselves. They come with a card that explains how to do so, but it’s essentially just different taps to the side of the earbuds that does different things. I will say I have found that it can take a couple times for me to tap correctly sometimes, so sometimes I just use my phone if it’s right in front of me.

If you have both in use touching the right one once increases volume touching the left one once decreases the volume. If you double press on either one it pauses. I'm
