I would make sure you keep them in the case when not in use. When I take them out and use them. every time they say fully charged!

Please try again later.I had same problem, what I found to work is prior to setting them back in the case, turn the earbuds completely off by pressing and holding the button on the side of each earbud, the lights on each earbud will first turn blue then off (press and hold for 10 secs), then place in charging case. Since doing this, mine have charged fine, hopefully it will work for you too.
