It depends on how you use the headphones. If you use one earbud at a time then you can save more battery charge. If your on the phone only one earbud will be activated for the voice call even if you have both earbuds in at the time of the call. Both earbuds are only activated for media or music. But to answer your question yes about 3 times .

The buds take 1.5 hours from fully dead, to fully charged. Please try again later.Yes, To get the longest life out of the earbuds, charge the case until all three lights are lit up (Each light indicates one full charge for your earbuds), then charge the earbuds in the case, until you have 2 lights remaining on, then charge the charging case one more time. The earbud will hold 3 hours of energy while the case will hold an extra 9 hours. 12 Hours of music in total. Amazing!
