“Bought my jbuds air a few weeks back. They work fine when listening to my music library, but when I listen to youtube or use my phone while listening to music, all of a sudden the sound cuts out and the connection is interrupted and won't reconnect. Help?”

Mine work great for me on YouTube video and music I have a Google Pixel phone I'm going to try them on my Laptop and my Kindle tablet for listening to my eBook
