• Yes. Both earpiece controls the volume. One increase it and the other decreases the volume.

• YES, CALL JB CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WILL WALK YOU THROUGH SYNCING YOU BUDS. WHEN THAT IS DONE, THE RIGHT BUD CONTROLS BOTH PAIR.

• Yes. Right side click: volume UP, Left side click: volume Down. It even has 3 different EQ settings. Instructions are in the manual. Pretty easy to understand. The sound quality is ok for the price.
