“My earbuds will randomly disconnect from Bluetooth while I am listening. First, I pull my earbuds out of the case and connect normally. Typically a minute later I hear the “Goodbye” message and they are disconnected. How can I fix this?”

You may need to make sure that you have a good wifi or data connection. If you have spotty service it could cause your Bluetooth to be jumpy. Also if you are connecting to Bluetooth through your phone, make sure your phone is close to the right ear bud, since that is the ear bud that controls Bluetooth connectivity. If you get too far from your phone the earbuds will disconnect from Bluetooth.
