• It’s a USB, it just doesn’t have the metal case they usually have. Plug it into the open bit of the USB port and you should be good to go.

• Mine fits my phone charger cube and also computer/laptop. I have no issues charging them. But the backup life is amazing charges fast too.

• You simply plug it into the lower half of a normal USB port. I know it sounds odd, but just do it, I promise it works well.
