• It comes with small and large ear cushions. They will fall out if there’s moisture or oily surfaces.

• You can change the tips on the earbuds. I had to change mine. I found that the memory foam tips are really comfortable. They are really clear for music and calls in my opinion but could be louder. Even on the highest volume, to me, they sound like a medium volume.
