The right ear bud stopped playing but still works the controls? I tried repairing them but its just not working null

You could try fixing this by checking if you’re audio settings are set to only hear from left/right ear bud. You can fix this by going to settings on you’re phone and looking for audio and visuals. If this does not help I would recommend trying to refund the item or trading it at Best Buy trade ins.
