I use them while walking on the treadmill and they are great for staying in the ears. I did put the bands around the buds that came with them so they fit snugly. Never have had one fall out.

Additionally, I can’t position them in my ears in a way where the sound is good. If I press on them while they are in my ears, I can hear the full range of the music (bass, etc) otherwise they just sound low and tinny. I want to throw them off my balcony. I tried wearing a headband over them but I have to wear it so low to cover them it’s ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend these for active use.

I put in smaller silicon tips but still the weight and bulkiness makes them fall out easily. They are poorly made and will not work well on both ears. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I had cheaper ones that were smaller and worked better and lasted 2 years. THese worked for one day and the guarantee service is worthless and I ended up throwing them in the trash.
