Yes, you can use voice commands through the earbuds with voice assistants such as Google Assistant or Siri by quickly double pressing the right earbud button. As for calls, it does not announce incoming calls. It rings the ringtone in the right earbud and you can double pressing the left earbud to answer. Also, calls and assistant voices only come through the right earbud. Please refer to the online manual for more information about the functionality of the earbuds.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My older JLabs ear buds did both, however I’ve disabled the announcing via my phone as it became annoying to me, but I believe you should be good to go.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You hear the phone ring through the earbuds but the name of the caller is not announced. Presumably, you can issue Siri commands through the buds however I've never actually tried.
