I only use them when I'm at the gym. I have used them for 7 to 8, 2 hour workouts since last charge. I would say that they safely last 8 to 10 hours outside the pod. Hope that helps.

For the way I use them, I barely have to charge them. However I only use them to watch movies, or listen to music when I don't want to bother others. I've never drained the battery completely.
