Their is noise reduction when wearing them. I use them at work to sleep on my break while listening to music. I sleep pretty well without any interactions. They do stick out a little but not enough to bother you.

They are pretty low profile. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No way I would sleep with these in my ear, they are plastic so I can only handle leaving them in for about 3 hours at a time. They do stick out past the ear too, so that would not be comfortable. Far as noise cancelling, I don't remember what the box says, but if I put both in my ears at work in a very loud office area I can't hear anything but my music. These are awesome for listening to music though, I love mine. Hope this helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not noise cancellation but when volume is medium or high you really do not hear much. But these days it's good to hear your back ground surrounding just to be safe. And these bad guys do sit in ears do not protrude out of ears. Jlab aced these true wireless buds! This company will only become more better if they stay in wireless Bluetooth game
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't think they're officially noise cancelling but I definitely can't hear my family talking when I'm listening to a podcast with the earbuds, and I do use a moderate volume level. They do protrude from the ears a little bit, and they're a bit bulky and hard, so if you're a side-sleeper, unless your pillow is very soft, these might not be comfortable. I've fallen asleep with them in while lying on my back, but I've never consciously been comfortable leaning my head against the sofa back, for example, with these earbuds in. I usually take them out before going to sleep. I bought them mostly for using while walking and doing housework, though, and for that they have been excellent.
