• No but they do survive if you get them out quickly, mine fell out of my ear and into my dog's water dish so you should be good.

• No, they are water resistant though. As long as they are not in water too long, you should be fine.

• Not sure. They might float but won't survive. These have IP55 sweat and water resistance, so they will be ok with sweat and splashes of water, but I don't think they will survive in a toilet for long.
