“I bought a pair of the JLab Jbuds for Black Friday, they work great at home and at work, however, they seem to skip and not work well outside as I am walking to the bus. Am I doing something wrong. Why would they work inside and not outside?”

Make sure you keep the device towards your right side, as the right headphone is the one connected to Bluetooth. It also could be frequency from other devices, which you can't really fix.
