Is the volume adjustable ? Is the sound loud enough ? null

Yes volume is adjustable. Short tap on R bud for volume up, short tap on L bud for volume down. At work I only wear one bud at a time. I work in a noisy facility and can't hear anything outside of buds wearing both buds simultaneously.

Not good quality sound and doesn't block out any of the background noise.
