A:AnswerNo, the charging cable is built into the case so it charges directly into a USB port. The buds themselves have two charge terminals that link with the matching terminals inside of the case.

A:AnswerMake sure both earbuds are connected if the left side won't connect . Put them in its case and press on them 4 times as it will blink. After they both connect, take the right or left and keep one on your ear. You don't want to jam your ear in when pressing it. The new ones are tap so its easier then pressing it. Use the one out of your ear and press it 3 times as it will change sounds modes. 3 sound modes. Just keep trying if it don't work the first time, but it will change; you will hear it.
