Yes, just go into settings then enter the Bluetooth menu, it's different for each phone but if these are in "pairing mode" then they will show up there.

All Bluetooth devices are compatible with any Bluetooth enabled device. Bluetooth technology is never OS specific. Follow your device's BT pairing instructions

Yes they can. Turn on the blue tooth on your phone and connect to the earphones once they are powered on. You may have to hold the power button down for about 10 seconds in order to pair the devices.
