Turn them on without letting go of the power button until they enter "pairing mode", once they do go into the settings of your phone and select "BlueTooth"...it will pop up in the list, just select them and connect.

There are two ways that I’ve found to pair them to your phone. The first way is to power them on, and keep holding the center button until the light flashes red and blue, and it’s entered pairing mode. Then you can go in your phone’s settings, make sure Bluetooth is turned on and then pair your phone to “Jlab BT”. The second option, which is a lot simpler and quicker, is to hold the center button until the headphones power on and say “hello”, then let go of the center button and just press it once, and the earbuds will automatically pair to your phone.

Make sure your phone Bluetooth is on then hold the on button on the headphones until you see the name of it appear on your phone. Then tap and connect.
