These are not very sweat resistant, so if you are wearing them while you run, they are probably toast.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure they're turned off before charging. You also won't be able to use them while they're charging. Watch the little red dot & when it turns blue you should be good to go. Also, make sure you turn them off after you're done using them to retain the charge for a longer period of time. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For some reason a couple of my usb cables don't seem to want to charge my pair. The little blue cable seems to work fine with mine, but I have another usb cable that I need to push in tight until I see the charge light come on. I have a friend who has usb charging ports in his electric outlets, and it will charge my phone, but not these earphones. For some reason I get the best results using the cable that came with the earphones and plugging that into my laptop usb port. Go figure.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Take them back to Best Buy or contact the manufacturer. They have a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects on parts and labor. It sounds like you got one of those.
