This is the most misleading thing I’ve ever seen. These are labeled as a WIRELESS-BLUETOOTH GAMING headset which they are, and they’re also pitched as PlayStation & XBOX compatible which they also are BUT ONLY COMPATIBLE VIA AN AUXILIARY CORD. When you’re looking for a WIRELESS/BLUETOOTH GAMING headset for either console, you’re looking for one that is WIRELESS & BLUETOOTH capable with your GAMING CONSOLE, not one that will connect to your phone like every other Bluetooth device ever made BUT REQUIRES A CORD TO GAME WITH!! BESTBUY SHOULD BE ASHAMED. You expect to have to read the fine print places like Wish or EBay but not a website like this.

yes, with the included aux cable you can plug it into your controller
- no third party wireless devices can connect wirelessly to the console, because Sony , Microsoft and Nintendo do not allow it

But it is not wireless on PS4 and XBOX. To use with your XBOX or PS4, you will neeed to use the included 3.5MM AUX console cord.

I was supposed to get the black/blue unit, but they sent a JBuddies unit instead. It shows xbox, playstation and nintendo compatible on the cover.
