Potentially, but keep in mind this kit was designed for use with action cameras. It does not include a phone clamp, so you will need to add one. Also, an iPhone 8 Plus is larger and weighs a little more than an action camera (~200g vs ~160g), so depending on the use case the suction cup may not be as secure.
