Will this work with a case on the phone? null

Yes , I have a otter box on my 13 pro max and it fits just fine

My iPhone 12 Pro has an Otterbox case since day 1 and it fits fine. The clamp is tight to open, holds it fine and there’s a locking flipper thing on the clamp to reduce the likelihood of your phone just falling out. Maybe you can gets dimensions for your specific case online and compare to the specs of the clamp.
