The tripod has a non-removable gopro mount attached to it so out of the box, no it's not, but you can find gopro to 1/4" 20 adapters to make it work. Joby also sells a version of this tripod with a 1/4"20 mount already on it though so I would just get that. A Canon M50 might be too heavy to use with this tripod, especially with added lens weight.
