• Most tripods have adjustments to point an attached device up, down or perfectly upright. Also, this mount accepts the "standard screw mount" used on most, if not all, tripods. I expect you should have no trouble at all. Besides, I have returned and exchanged items at Best Buy locations around Texas with absolutely no trouble at all. Buy this with confidence!

• It will hold the phone both vertical and horizontal. I am not familiar with your tri-pod.
