“I am having a hard time opening/extending it to fit my Iphone - I have had one before that extended but this one will not - any ideas?”

The part on the back of the phone holder that comes out a bit (the part with the circle of dots logo in it) has a little cutaway you put your finger in to open it. Then you can expand it! It takes a lot of force to open it the first time. Then it snaps back to lock in place. Hope this helps?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you pull the tab out on the back of the grip, it loosens the grips to place your device. Otherwise, if that tab is pushed in, the grips are locked. If the grip doesn’t loosed with the tab pulled outwards, you may have a faulty product.
