Q: QuestionDoes Jura honor their warranty on Bestbuy purchases? The J8 is supposed to come with a 2-year factory warranty. Why am I prompted to purchase coverage from Bestbuy?

• A:Answer Jura comes with a two year warranty. Best Buy is an authorized dealer. I had the same issue with the Z10. If you have Jura specific question go to Jura live and schedule a session.
