Can I request Poppy? null

Sadly no. I found out the hard way that you get what they give you. If they have the one you want in stock in the store you can swap it out. Other than that, you're stuck.

They sell a lil pink Poppy plush in Best buy.

Not if you order online for pickup or delivery. You would need to shop in store where you can make your selection when the stores are allowing customers inside. I wanted Poppy as well and received another character.
