“Would this fit a 2010 Ford E450 RV? We need a replacement, and have a rear camera added. Ours is aimed at our tow vehicle, and not just for backing. I see it's camera adaptable, do you touch the screen to switch to the camera mode, or how would this work?”

Forgot to mention you will also most likely have to order an adapter plate for the stereo and electrical adapter/connector. I had to on my car and Best Buy suggested which one to get.
