• They will install the head unit for free. But you will be charged for all the miscellaneous items that need to be installed to make it work.

• They say installation is included but then you have to buy everything they need to install it. I argued with them about how they planned on installing it without any of the wires. I had one installed years ago and all it cost was the price of the radio. Now you have to pay for anything the installer needs. Hope this helps.
