“When I try to reset the clock on my unit it automatically reset to 5 hours ahead of the originally time, and when I'm holding a phone conversation I can't talk to the person on the receiving end through the radio, how can these 2 issues be resolved?”

• 1. After you reset then go to setting click Initial first before setting the clock. You houkd be okay. 2. Did you connect the microphone that came from the unit.

• The radio has an RDS CT setting that needs to be turned off for the clock to stay at your time zone. As for the other caller not hearing you where is the microphone located? It would be best to call JVCs Customer Service team to help you troubleshoot.
