QuestionCan we connect USB and phone at the same time? I would like to use car play for maps and also play songs from USB at the same time !

- Answer This model radio only has 1 USB connection. The radio will only allow you to listen to anything with in Carplay. If listening to something off your USB then the radio will cancel out Carplay for you to listen to that source connected.

QuestionThe Receiver doesn't always open Apple Car Play unless I unplug and plug it back in and often skips when playing music from my iTunes library as well as Spotify. How can I fix this connectivity issue?

QuestionIf I have XM streaming capability with my subscription, will XM work on this radio without the extra XM tuner?

- Answer If you want the radio to display all the digital information then it does require the Siriusxm adapter SXV300 however if you already have an account with Siriusxm you can always just stream it via Bluetooth Audio. If you want a better explanation you can always contact JVC's customer care line.

QuestionAnyone else have issues hearing phone calls? We can make calls via both Bluetooth and apple car play, but we cannot hear the person talking on the other end. They can hear us, but we can’t hear them.

- Answer With your setup make sure on the installation side if using the RCA preouts for an amp that it is connected to the front preouts. If you are unsure of this consult with an installer or you can call JVC's customer care team to discuss this.

- Answer The KW-M750BT is a 2019 model and was only in production for that one year. You may want to consult with JVC directly into what replaced it.
