Here’s what the warranty looks like for the JVC KW‑V660BT receiver: 2-year limited manufacturer warranty (U.S.) that covers defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the original purchase date. Parts and labor are both covered for the duration. What this covers: Defects in materials and workmanship, Malfunctions not caused by user or installation error, Repairs or replacement (part or product) at no charge through a JVC authorized service center (carry-in). What this does NOT cover: Damage due to accident, abuse, misuse, or improper installation, Damage from alteration, tampering, or unauthorized service, Cosmetic damage or accessories, Installation and removal labor costs, Damage from power surges, weather, or acts of God, Normal “wear and tear” and usage issues unrelated to defects.
