• A:Answer When using GPS this would only work when using Android Auto or Apple Carplay. Your phone needs to be connected to one of these applications for it to work.

• A:Answer Bluetooth and Carplay are two separate features. If wanting a radio that offers wireless Carplay you can see model KW-V960BW. That model does offer that feature.

Q: QuestionIs the KW-V660BT suppose to go into backup camera mode when you put the car in reverse or do you have to click on the backup camera option. I replaced a factory Toyota Tacoma radio with this until. Tacoma auto changed in reverse to show camera view.

• A:Answer I had this installed in my 2009 Colorado. Love it. Works perfectly. As soon as I put truck in reverse, the backup camera appears on the screen. I had the camera that is installed above the rear license plate.

• A:Answer The radio is a double DIN size radio. What mostbdont understand is you have to buy a separate wiring harness to adapt it to your specific vehicle. That can easily add another 150 dollars to the cost of the radio.

Q: QuestionCan you receive text and respond to text through voice message. A GMC truck I had was able to do this. I have a Google pixel phone. It would show on the screen and you chose to respond by touch screen, then the rest was voice commands.

• A:Answer Check with the installer at the closest Best Buy that does installation. Call them, and they can look it up at tell you for sure. No matter what kind of car you have, you will need to purchase some additional cables because (I was told), none of the after-market-ones are compatible with the originals. Mine is a 2013 Chrysler 200 convertible.

Q: QuestionJust had this installed in my Dodge truck...I really like the unit, however I can't hear a call, or the navigation directions through my trucks speakers. I researched this a little bit and apparently this is common in Dodge vehicles. Is there a fix?

• A:Answer This issue is the installation. You most likely have a factory amp and the installer connected the RCA red/white connections to the rear ports on the back vs the front preouts. They just need to be moved. Have the installer move the RCA connection to the Front Preout ports. This will get the audio working.
