“Just had this installed in my Dodge truck...I really like the unit, however I can't hear a call, or the navigation directions through my trucks speakers. I researched this a little bit and apparently this is common in Dodge vehicles. Is there a fix?”

This issue is the installation. You most likely have a factory amp and the installer connected the RCA red/white connections to the rear ports on the back vs the front preouts. They just need to be moved. Have the installer move the RCA connection to the Front Preout ports. This will get the audio working.
