• A:Answer You need to install the pink wire to the e-brake or ground it so the DVD can work. Im pretty sure is pink. If not look for the safety wire so you don't drive and watch DVD at the same time.

• A:Answer I had the same issue. With mine the pins on the adaper we not in all the way. I used a pin to push on the inside of the wires after it was plugged in.
