“Not all callers come thru the headphones. Most come thru, but others don't. I have to shut the bluetooth function off for those calls and put the phone up to my ear. Is their an update or something I can do?”

• I have used these for a few years now and never had this issue. I would contact JVC customer support or Best Buy if you have their warranty.
