• Yes, 100%, but it doesn't have a volume control on the Insignia (mine doesn't). I also use a TOZO T-6. It works better.

• The headphones are intended to be used with a Bluetooth phone or tablet devices. When pairing the headphones to anyone of these devices the phone for instance would see the JVC as a device and agree with the pairing. I would advice to check with the TV company on what options for Bluetooth your TV has.
