• It works with my Droid Turbo. The button does not work as advertised however. Mike a sound are fine.

• I do not have a Moto E 2nd gen, but I do have the Motorola Moto G and these headphones work very well with no problems. The microphone works well and so does the multifunction media control button with which you can play, pause, skip to the next song, and summon Google Now.
