• They come with three different sized gels. The medium gels are pre-mounted.

• The cushions installed on them are medium size which fit me fine. There are a smaller and a larger set packed with them if you need a different fit.

• They DO come with a variety of sizes. (The size that comes on the buds, plus 2 additional options, one bigger and one smaller). :)

• Did not come the extra ear tips. I ordered online and picked up at store. It turned out a used/open-box item because the box was torn (they placed the order note there so I did not notice it at store).
