To connect to Bluetooth you must pull both pods, make sure they are both blinking if not press the side of the pod, go to your Bluetooth settings they should show up as JVC click on it and if in have them in your ear it will say connected.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Suzy, first when you pull them out of the box you have to peel the sticker off the pods. Once this is done the prongs in the case make full contact with the charging surface on the pod and they both will light up. After you see that close the case, connect the charger and you’ll see in the front of the case a few dots will light up and blink. The lights will completely shut off once it’s fully charged.
