Its better than other head phones I've used but isn't ideal. If you're in a quiet office everything is great. They pick up less background noise then average but I had my wife use them while I called her on a walk and I could hear a lot of wind noise and she was a little "tin-ie"

On my PC, for an online meeting, the microphone would not work at all. Not sure where the incompatibility was, whether it was the PC software or the earbuds themselves. But no trouble at all with a phone.
