“My headphones connect to my iphone but when i am on the phone the mic from my phone is the one that is one while i can only hear througg the headphones. How do i switch the mic to the headphones so i can talk with them on”

You might need to delete the pairing and repair it back up to get it working correctly. If that basic delete and repair doesn't work please contact JVC to help you further troubleshoot.
